Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Teddy Fresh gear, but if something isn't right, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit the Returns Portal

  Head to our online returns center and enter your order number and shipping zip code to start the process.

  Select Items and Reason

  Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason for the request to help us improve.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your original packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
